Ferragame's Yorkshire Terriers provides the following guarantee:

All of our Yorkshire terriers have been genetically tested to insure they are free from life-threatening genetic health problems such as hip dysphasia or heart defects. Therefore Ferragame's Yorkshire Terriers includes the following guarantee:

"For up to one year, if you are dissatisfied for any reason with the Yorkshire Terrier purchased from Ferragame's Yorkshire Terriers, you will have the option of returning the Yorkshire Terrier to Ferragame's Yorkshire Terriers (pending an examination of the Yorkshire Terrier by our Veterinarian to insure the puppy's health) and will be entitled to a proactive refund of your purchase price.

However, you will be entitled to a full refund of your purchase price for up to one year if your Yorkshire Terrier develops a life-threatening health defect. We will require proof of this defect from your Veterinarian and will require an examination by our Veterinarian to verify the genetic defect."

Please note, this guarantee is null and void if the Yorkshire Terrier has not been neutered or spayed by the owner as per the sales contract, the puppy has not been kept current on their required vaccines or if the Yorkshire Terrier had/has contracted any disease or infliction due to an owner's negligence. 

This guarantee is included free of charge with a purchase of a puppy from Ferragame's Yorkshire Terriers.
